Database

The main goal of this database is the transfer of the knowledge by promoting and actively sharing research and documents.

We have created a database collecting studies and documents produced by governments, academic and research institutions, UN agencies, regional istitutions and non-governmental organizations.

Registration permits full access to the database and website, and also allows for increased networking among key institutions and actors currently engaged in combating child trafficking, in order to promote strategic consistency, complementary efforts and a synergy among different players.

The Hub Database contains:

  • selected documents on child trafficking. Users can research by title, author, editor/organization, topic, keywords, geographic descriptors and year of publication.

  • selected news on child trafficking, synopses of and links to media reports on child trafficking worldwide from a variety of international news sources.

  • ongoing research projects on trafficking. we are developing a section on ongoing research activities on child trafficking, from Universitites, Research Centres and Institutes, UN organizations, Governments and NGOs. Please download the form to submit information on your research.

  • contact information for organizations active against child trafficking. Users can research by name/acronym, type of activity, category of organization and country.
