Bangladeshi Minister for Women and Children Affairs Khurshid Jahan Haque, MP yesterday in a press conference said the Government understood the depth of Bangladesh's trafficking problem and had been working to address the issue through coordinated efforts related to poverty reduction, socio-economic development, education and health interventions and empowerment of women. She also launched a report on "Counter Trafficking Frame Report: Bangladesh Perspective". |
