The ring was uncovered in 2003 when 28 newborn babies were found jammed in several bags on a bus, their arms and legs tied, the Beijing News said. Li Guoju, a farmer from central Henan province, was executed in the city of Puyang on Thursday after the court convicted him of trafficking and selling 76 babies on his own account, the newspaper said. |
